We get together once a week to play tabletop roleplaying games together. We're oriented towards one-shots -- complete games that can be finished in one evening, as opposed to ongoing campaigns which take multiple sessions and can run indefinitely.
Every week we show up with a set of possible games to play. The organizers, Bryant and Susan, are committed to making sure we have at least four options; we encourage and hope that others will bring games they want to run as well. After a little discussion, we choose a game to play, by majority vote if needed. It probably goes without saying, but this is a group for people who embrace variety.
We're also committed to providing at least one D&D-based game per week as a possibility. This could be anything from D&D 5e to an Old-School Renaissance game like Black Hack or Mork Borg. We promise that there will be a d20.
We track signups using TBD. Please do sign up if you're coming; we don't like running a one-shot for more than five people so knowing in advance if we're going to get a crowd helps us to know if both organizers need to be ready to run a game.
Between sessions, there's a Discord for chatter, discussion of games to bring, and so forth. Participation is not mandatory.
